Sam is very pleasant, a good listener, he's understanding and willing to work around your schedule. Ray, the Tow Truck driver was awesome too. He patiently waits for me today. I was running late and he was just as calm and encouraged me to drive safely. These guys are the absolute best towing service in the Murrieta-Temecula Valley. They give you an up front price and excellent service. I was broke down on the 15 freeway on a Friday night just North of Temecula, I called three companies, each one with the same answer.. an hour to an hour and one half. It was raining and I was alone, I called Diamond Valley explaining my situation and Sam promised to have a truck out in about one half hour.
I was so relieved when he arrived exactly as promised and stayed within the quoted price! Thanks Sam, you're awesome.

The guys at Diamond are a class act. With my work I have been working with tow companies all over San Diego county and the Inland Empire over the past 7 years and no one does it better. On at least three different times they have gotten me and my business out of very tough spots. They put the customers needs first and operate as close to schedule as possible. They are awesome, and I will continue to use for a long time to come.

Twice now, Sam at Diamond Valley Towing has helped me get out of a jam. Our dealership had sold an F-150 a few months back and literally 2 hours later, the truck had broken down on the client who bought it. I called another towing company first who originally said they would pick him up in an hour, and later called to say it would now be three hours before they could pick up our upset customer. I called DVT and explained the situation to Sam, who literally said he would drop what he was doing and leave right then and there to go pick up our customer! Fast forward now to yesterday… somehow the only key to a pre-owned 2016 Subaru Outback that we have, got lost. I had to get the car towed across the street to the Subaru dealer to get a new key programmed so I called Sam and yet again, he and his driver made it happen and got the car over asap! Towing companies can sometimes be a little frustrating to deal with sometimes due to long wait times or overly expensive pricing, but I have to say that DVT is reasonable on pricing and the owner Sam is proud to get the job done efficiently as well. I just hope I won’t have to call again so soon…

Thank you Diamond Valley Towing for a great service and prompt response. I was stuck on Ortega highway and they got to me in no time, towed my car, and brought it to my home in Murrieta. The driver Sam, was clean and courteous and took real care in the whole process. I had to ride back with him. Sam was talkative and nice. My car got home without a scratch on it and he cleaned the wheels where he strapped it after he unloaded it. Thank you Sam and Diamond valley towing. Amazing towing company. Extreme thanks to Sam for being one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with. I'm in the military and I was stranded on the freeway with a broken down car and had to leave it to get to base. I honestly didn't know what I was going to do and Sam called me back and took care of everything for me at a much lower price then anyone else I called. They saved me from my car getting impounded. The driver Silver picked my car up super fast and Sam made the hole thing an amazing experience in a very stressful situation. If you ever need a tow call Sam.

Phil from Diamond Valley towing went above and beyond to take care of my family. My wife and 2 small children, 2 1/2 yo and a 6 month old were involved in a minor car accident the day after Christmas in Big Bear. The vehicle was not drive-able, and i really wanted Faith Quality Auto Body (also a great company) to do the repairs on my vehicle. They dispatched Phil to go get the vehicle, all the way up in Big Bear. When he arrived, the rental car company that was supposed to bring a car for my wife and kids, never showed up! No call, no explanation, just didn't show up. Left my family in Big Bear, after dark, in freezing temperatures. My wife asked if Phil could take them with him, since he was going to Murrieta anyway. He said no problem at all, loaded up the kids car seats, and brought my family home. Seriously, above and beyond. Huge thanks to Phil! Can't recommend them high enough. Not only did they work with me on price, but they also were really fast and friendly. The gentleman who picked me up was really nice and even showed me that someone had put plugs on my car, essentially causing my car to rot from the inside out. They were great. I MUST rave and say "SAVIORS" about this tow company especially the manager, Bill and these two outstanding specialist Phil and Sam at the Wildomar location. These wonderful men are SAVIORS; they RESCUED MY PREGNANT daughter. I(her mom) was out-of-town(300 miles away) at the time. My pregnant daughter was stranded in Lake Elsinore during the day for 6 hours where the other tow companies in Lake Elsinore left her there stranded. Let me remind ANY ONE that is reading this; all she needed was her car to be towed no less than 6 miles; where EVERY tow company in LAKE ELSINORE said they'd be there; however NEVER SHOWED!!! DIAMOND TOWING, WILDOMAR, CA ARE SAVIORS; went out of their way, out of their city to help a young, pregnant stranded woman in the heat. My GRATITUDE to BILL, PHIL & SAM!! You 3 are my heroes for helping my daughter.

If I was able to give more stars I would! This company saved my butt! Sam is the man! He was so nice and the only tow company willing to pull my truck off this mountain on a Saturday. My truck was stuck about 10 miles up this trail...it was far and no easy task. Sam was so cool on the ride up and had a great sense of humor making the ride up a little easier considering it was a ways up. He took the time to make sure my truck was in good hands and went over and beyond what a driver of a tow truck should have done! He did not even have to take the call as his shift was already over but he must have heard the desperation in my voice. I can't thank him enough for everything! If you are ever in a rut and I mean rut....call Diamond Valley Towing and ask for Sam. You won't regret it.

I originally called another tow company because my car battery died and I was told I needed to bring the car to the auto shop because it could need a new alternator. Since the car was parked in my apartment lot, I had to get it towed. The other company referred my tow to Diamond Valley because they couldn't do it, and Bear showed up at my house in the EXACT time he said he would. He tried jumping my car before taking me all the way to the auto shop, and that was all it needed. He made friends with my daughter and husband and saved me the cost of a tow to the garage. I will call Diamond Valley for towing from now on!
